Shipping Info 

Free Shipping on selected items for orders over $79. We charge a flat rate shipping charge of $10 for all orders $79 and below.

We use UPS Ground, Fedex, and USPS Priority Mail for most of our shipping needs. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. In these instances, the manufacturer may use additional carriers.

We normally ship all in-stock items within 3 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS or by common carrier, weekdays, Monday through Friday. Best possible shipping method will be determined and shipping costs will be added to your invoice. Actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (in most cases it averages 5-7 business days from the day that the order was placed) Any item that is "out of stock" will be back ordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock . We will contact you if items are back ordered.

All MyBirdGarden.com packages shipped via UPS, are shipped with no signature required unless a signature is requested at the time the order is placed at a cost of $2.50 per shipment. If a package is lost or stolen with no signature required, UPS will not cover it and Netline marketers, LLC / Mybirdgarden.com will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order. For all "Achla Designs" products, call 1-800-626-1114 to receive a Return Authorization Number, For all others, please call 1-317-677-8698 or e-mail support@mybirdgarden.com

We accept credit cards, checks and money orders for the purchasing of our products. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS and PAYPAL. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please print or write out a copy of your order and send payment (including shipping and 7% sales tax for (Indiana residents) to (My Bird Garden, 4313 E. 101st. ave. Crown Point IN 46307) Please note that if you choose to pay by check or money order, your merchandise will not be shipped until your payment has been received AND PERSONAL CHECKS HAVE CLEARED.
