Return Policy

At Mybirdgarden.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and hassle-free return and exchange process.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition inside its original packaging.

All returns require a Return Authorization number, which will be provided by calling 800-626-1114 for all "Achla Designs" products and calling 1-317-677-8698 or e-mail: support@mybirdgarden.com for all other products. All returns for unwanted merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. In order for credit to be issued, merchandise must be returned in saleable condition. Original freight cost are not refundable. All requests, for Return Authorization, must be requested within 15 days of purchase.

Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits.

Warranty

Products are covered by a 90-Day warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. A proof of purchase showing the date of sale will be required in order to file a warranty claim.

All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Netline Marketers, LLC. Mybirdgarden.com is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt, (up until 90 days), for any defects, may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Mybirdgarden.com

Backorder Policy

Some items may be temporarily out of stock due to unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you if items are back ordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.

If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail for current shipping times for particular products and locations.

Shipping and Handling charges are based on merchandise totals BEFORE any discounts.

Damaged Goods Policy

All "My Bird Garden" products are covered by a 90-Day warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. A proof of purchase showing the date of sale will be required in order to file a warranty claim.

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED. If your product was shipped to you by freight carrier, please inspect the product for visible damage before the carrier leaves. Please make any notations on the Bill of Lading (delivery receipt).

Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order. Call 1-800-626-1114 to receive a Return Authorization
